WASHING MACHINE
The washing machine has been designed to wash grounded rigid plastic material.
It provides a cyclical operation divided into: loading, washing, rinsing, drying and unloading.
The possibility of varying the duration of the washing cycle allows for maximum cleanliness regardless of contaminants quantity.
TROMMEL
The Trommel allows to make a selection in relation to the size of the incoming material.
Water-Rotor carries out a pre-wash when there is a presence of waste with an excessive amount of soil and sand in the input material to avoid any damage to the subsequent machinery.

TURBO-WASH
Machine used for the pre-washing of the material. The particular design of its rotor and washing chamber guarantee a perfect cleaning of the material.
If necessary it can be equipped with a dedicated feeding system for material accumulation and dosage; in this way the flow is regularized according to previous and following machines capacities.
SINK FLOAT TANK
This machine has the function of separating materials with different specific gravity by decantation.
The lighter plastics float and are transported by the rollers to the discharge. (The material that comes out together with the water is transported by a drained extraction auger to subsequent processing).
The sunken materials are deposited on the bottom of the tank. Here the action of a catenary scraper provides for the continuous removal of deposits.
The modular logic of our tanks construction allow them to be designed to meet the production requirements of each customer.
